Holding Fee

Equivalent to 1 weeks rent which is required to be paid on application. Should your application be unsuccessful this is non-refundable.

Renewal of Tenancy Agreement

FREE: Providing the landlord has consented to the renewal.

Security Deposit

Maximum 5 weeks (Due upon completion of satisfactory referencing).

If the landlord is happy to proceed with your application request then the Holding deposit (equivalent to the first week of rent) will become payable. Once the referencing is complete, subject to a satisfactory application, the security deposit and the remainder of the first month’s rent minus the holding deposit will be payable.
